Shipping Policy
The goods are delivered worldwide.
No goods may be dispatched to the following foreign islands: No
Shipping costs (incl. statutory VAT)
Delivery within Germany: We calculate the shipping costs for shipping weight (shipping weight of product + weight of packaging) :
- Shipments up to 1.000g = 6,30 €
- Shipments up to 5.000g = 8,30 €
- Shipments up to 8.000g = 9,30 €
- Shipments up to 31,500g = 18,50 €
Shipping abroad:
Please note that due to the covid-19 situation, there may be considerable delays in delivery by the shipping service provider.
Unfortunately, shipment tracking is also affected. Many shipments are no longer recorded or registered en route.
We calculate shipping abroad for shipping weight (shipping weight of product + weight of packaging) :
Europe (Member states of EU):
- Shipments up to 500g = 8,90 €
- Shipments up to 1.000g = 13,40 €
- Shipments up to 2.000g = 21,40 €
- Shipments up to 5.000g = 21,40 €
- Shipments up to 10.000g = 30,40 €
- Shipments up to 20.000g = 35,50 €
- Shipments up to 31.500g =50,50 €
Europe (European States, Non Member of EU):
- Shipments up to 500g = 9,70 €
- Shipments up to 1.000g = 13,60 €

- Shipments up to 5.000g = 32,50 €
- Shipments up to 10.000g = 40,50 €
- Shipments up to 20.000g = 55,50 €
- Shipments up to 31.500g = 65,50 €

Delivery times
As far as in the product description of any other period specified, delivery of the goods takes place in Germany within 3 - 5 days for international deliveries within 10-14 days. The delivery period begins after receipt of payment.
Please note that on Sundays and holidays there is no notification.
Terms of payment
Our payment methods via Paypal Plus:
Paypal, direct debit, invoice and credit card all run via Paypal Plus. Your advantage: No matter how you pay, everything runs through Paypal Plus, even without an account. In any case, with Paypal Plus you can enjoy the protection of the buyer, not only with the payment method PayPal, but also when paying by invoice or credit card.
