For our international customers: We recommend allowing approximately 4-6 weeks for shipments to arrive before you need to worry. However, after 6 weeks, it's a good idea to contact us, as packages are often unnecessarily stored in post offices.
If you receive a damaged package, please refuse to accept it. Our packages are insured, and accepting damaged packages releases us and our shipping service provider from any claims for damages. To avoid any problems, please pay attention to any external damage.
For your return, please fill out our cancellation form and enclose it with the package.
Postage will be refunded for up to three orders per year. For subsequent returns, we will only refund the value of the goods.

You are welcome to return items purchased in-store for an exchange. We only accept unopened and unused skeins.

Goods purchased in the online shop cannot be exchanged in the store.

Unfortunately, we cannot process pre-orders. The waiting times would be several months and it would be a huge logistical problem for us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone or email either.

This is a very important question when planning a larger knitting project. With hand-dyed wool, each individual skein is always slightly different from the other skeins, even if they were dyed together. We always try to send similar and matching skeins together. However, we ask that you add a short note to your order if you want to use the same skeins together. Thank you!
It is important to follow these tips when knitting:
For larger knitted pieces, the knitting result is particularly beautiful if you knit with two balls of yarn alternately, similar to a striped sweater. The color gradients of the individual strands blend together harmoniously in this way and no stripes are created. If you are working with very contrasting yarn, it is advisable to determine the distribution of the lighter and darker strands for the entire knitted piece beforehand so that all the colors are evenly distributed.
The length of our qualities is as follows:
Pure: 150g equals 525m or 574 yds (100g = 350m or 383 yds)
Twin: 150g corresponds to 466m or 510 yds (100g = 311m or 340 yds)
DK: 200g corresponds to 427m or 468 yds (100g = 214m or 234 yds)
Lace yarn: 300g corresponds to 1575m or 1722yds (100g = 525m or 574 yds)
Blend: 150 g corresponds to 499 m or 545 yds (100 g = 333 m or 364 yds)
Sport: 150 g corresponds to 350 m or 383 yds (100 g = 233 m or 255 yds)
Please note that the colours of the wool may differ from the original due to the photo itself and the respective screen settings.
The wool is hand-dyed. Therefore, the strands will never be exactly the same and exact re-dyeing is unfortunately not possible.
NIP is the abbreviation for " Nobody Is Perfect ." As the name suggests, NIPs are not quite perfect, or they do not fully meet our quality standards. This means, for example, that the color (=F) is not exactly as intended, or the skein has knots (=K) (FF and FS = thread defects (felted or loops)).
Each strand is marked with a note indicating its special feature.
If no error is noted on the banderol, this means that the source of the error is unknown.
NIPs are only available in stores, at trade shows and special sales.
Of course, we do not support mulesing and we make every effort through the spinning mill to ensure that no such wool is used in our products. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as the spinning mill also has to rely on the statements of the wool exchange in Australia and New Zealand.
Because we are a small hand-dyeing company and purchase our wool from a spinning mill, we have only limited influence on the spinning mill's purchasing policy. That's why we stick to the following conclusion: only promise things that you can keep 100%.

To redeem a voucher, please go to your shopping cart at the end of your order process. Please note that you have already skipped the shopping cart by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button. At the bottom of your "Shopping Cart" you will find a "Voucher" field. Enter the voucher code here and press the "Save" button next to it. This will apply the voucher in full or in part, depending on the order amount. If your voucher still has a remaining balance, you can use the same code again until the voucher amount is used up. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem multiple vouchers in one order.
